 Same Working Day Dispatch if ordered before 4.30 PM
Orders will be dispatched same working day if payment is received before 4.30 PM.
Any orders placed after 4.30 PM will be shipped on the next working day.
We ship by Royal Mail 2ND CLASS £2.99 – Normally delivered in 3-5 working days.
Additional delivery option:

Royal Mail 1ST CLASS £3.99– Normally delivered in 1-2 working days
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery by 1PM cost £7.50

30 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY

We do accept any unused item back up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund.
Customer must contact us by email contact@callel.co.uk and request a return within 30 days of delivery.
All returns must be authorised. We will respond to you by email to confirm the validation.
Carriage costs for returning the goods is the customer responsibility.
The moment we receive your returned parcel it will be processed into our system
and a notification email will be sent to you.
The refund process may take up to 7 days upon receiving the parcel.

Faulty Products
If you need to return any products because you believe if is faulty,
Please contact us for assistance. All returned goods must be authorised and sent to the address provided.
Return postage will be refunded and the replacement will be sent to you.  
If no same product is available, we can offer you product with a similar value to be sent in replacement.
We will inform you first if this happens.
