Return & Refund Policy

 


We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for returns:

 

  • Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalised jewellery are non-returnable, unless faulty.

  • Sunglasses must be returned unused and in original condition.

 


How to return an item:

 

  • To request a return, please contact us at contact@callel.co.uk  within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

 


Refunds:

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
